Beat Oxen Rules

These are the rules that all of the people here, the owner,Co-Founder, and Contributors, and all the members, must follow.
Without the rules, the species, the owners,and the group itself will fall, so the rules will be clearly stated (and changed and updated regularly-- With warning of course!) to make sure everyone knows what's going on here and how this place will be run!

1.) Beat Oxen Are a closed species, meaning you can't Make your own. MYO slots are currently open. If you want one you go to Dice-King or xZapzy . We are the only 2 that are allowed to make customs and adopts ALONG WITH the other admins with my permission. SO if you buy a Beat Oxen from anyone other than us, it's not official and can't be submitted into the group.

2.) You have 5 strikes-- Each offence has a different number of strikes depending on the severity of the offence , if you get 5 strikes you will have your right to get new beat oxen revoked and you will be UNABLE to post to the group. We will NOT take your Beat Oxen away . You bought them you own them.

3.) When you trade your Beat Oxen you HAVE to notify Dice-King. MYO or Adopt you have to tell me. This can be done by just @ 'ing Dice-King in the trade message, or if you're putting up a trade journal Dice-King . This way it will make it easier for us to make sure no one is trading beat oxen that aren't owned by them, and people that are banned aren't getting them.

4.) You can re-sell your beat oxen at ANY PRICE, but it has to be at $5 or ABOVE. You can not go below 500 / $5.

5.) Please message me or the Co-founder for any changes you want to make to the design

6.) (For MYOs) YOU CAN MAKE A BEAT OXEN BASED OFF VIDEO GAME MUSIC IT JUST CAN'T LOOK LIKE THE CHARACTERS FROM THE GAME.

7.) YOU HAVE TO OWN YOUR BEAT OXEN AT LEAST A MONTH BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TRADE IT
OR
2 WEEKS --IF-- AND ONLY IF YOU'VE DRAWN YOUR BEAT OXEN AND POSTED SAID ART TO THE GROUP. Not just sketches, or something sub-par-- actually tried to draw them.
this way I know you've tried to draw them, and "couldn't click with them" Too many closed species are used as trade fodder, and Beat Oxen might eventually be good enough for that, but I don't want them to be like that.
Each Beat Oxen was made from the soul I feel from each song I listen to, they're very important to my heart, especially customs, where I try to look at other characters you have or enjoy, and try to match up your style to your Oxen, and seeing them turned into trading fodder would make me feel utterly sick.

You can still trade them! This is not to discourage you from that, just if you buy one make sure it's because you love it or like it not because you want to trade it.

THINGS THAT WILL GET YOU STRIKES  

Making+ Selling Beat Oxen without Dice-King 's approval (5 STRIKES AKA INSTANT BANNED)

Trading without Informing me (1 Strike)

Failing to pay for an Adopt (1 Strike)

Breaking the month rule or the 2 week with art rule (3 strikes)

Spamming and Trolling (1 Strike)

Trying to make a Beat Oxen of Cannon Copyrighted Characters (like making one of Pikachu)  (2 strikes + forced to re-make)

Selling A Beat Oxen under $5 (some exceptions may apply) (4 strikes)

Based on a Song that is Religious, Anti-Religious, National Anthems, ect. (1 Strike + Forced Remake)


This will be updated as time goes on! Also if you have anything that might be good to add please message me and I can update this~!

Also, I will be keeping a strike list, but it will be PRIVATE. If you ever get a strike, I will inform you via note and if you ever want an update on how many strikes you have PLEASE message me.

Eventually I might even REMOVE strikes  based on good behavior, and I will note you about this too.
